Yes, maintenance will be available on-site Monday-Saturday from 9AM - 6PM. All emergency maintenance requests will be addressed and answered immediately.

Yes, pets are residents too at The Q Variel! We allow two furry friends per home. The maximum weight for a pet is 65 lbs and breed restrictions apply. We have a beautiful Pet Park on the east side of our building.
There is an initial pet deposit of $500 and a monthly pet rent of $50
No, we do not offer furnished apartments. However, Feather Furniture and Vesta Home, who are two of our partners, can provide you with rental furniture.
All packages will be placed either in our package lockers or in our package room.
Our fitness center will be open 24/7.
The application will be accepted or rejected within 48 hours of the application being submitted.
You can pay online using a credit card, debit card, or ACH.
Resident's / Occupants’ / Guests’ personal property and vehicles are not insured by Owner against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Resident agrees to maintain, at resident's sole expense, renter’s or homeowner’s insurance policy, or its equivalent, issued by a licensed insurance company of Resident's selection, which provides personal liability limits of at least $100,000 and which names the Owner as an additional insured. If the Resident fails to maintain such a policy, Resident agrees that Owner will have the right to purchase such policy at Resident’s expense.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. If any utilities are not separately metered, Resident shall pay Resident’s proportional share, as reasonably determined and directed by Owner. If any utilities are separately metered, Resident shall place all utilities in Resident’s name as of the Commencement Date. It is Resident’s sole responsibility to initiate utilities service in Resident’s name prior to accepting the Apartment, and to terminate such service prior to resident’s vacating the apartment.
No, we do not allow sublets,or any short-term and vacation rentals, such as AirBnB or VRBO, and hosting services, such as Homestay.
Our community is close to the 101 freeway which can easily take you to Woodland Hills, Warner Center, Calabasas, West Hills, Chatsworth, Winnetka, Tarzana, Encino, Hidden Hills, Westlake Village, & Malibu. Or you can easily jump on the 118 fwy and and reach communities like Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Simi Valley, Moorpark, & many more.
Our community is located in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and near many nationally recognize and highly rated Charter and Private Schools.
The gross MONTHLY household income requirement must be at least 3 TIMES the MONTHLY rent of the apartment home.
We allow co-signers.
Any individual that is over the age of 18 and will be living in the apartment home and any co-signers.
Two people per bedroom (except children under 24 months, they are excepted from occupant counts).
We are a smoke - free community. Smoking is prohibited in your apartment home, the building and all common areas. This includes all community grounds and vehicles on community grounds. Enjoy the fresh air!
Yes we offer ChargePoint through Valet and self parking.
